Nick and Chris Staikos were first taken with the Quinte region in 1971, and have since been the masterminds behind beautiful, yet functional developments in the area. Following the success of their Stanley Park Estate, the Staikos brothers have shifted their focus to the Canniff Mill Estates, and more recently, West Bridge Estates communities.
