At Staikos Homes, we treat each home we build as a custom construction. No matter what stage of construction your home is at, we want you to have as many chances to customize your home as possible. Every buyer of Staikos home is given the opportunity to custom design their kitchen cabinets and select their interior finishes from a large selection of standard finishes. For further customization, there is the option to broaden the range of choices beyond the standard selection.

Changes or choices that are not standard items will be priced competitively and in advance. Where time permits, and before construction of the home has started, buyers are given the opportunity to modify floor plans, exterior elevations, windows and doors, brick and shingles. Many of these changes are offered at no additional cost to the buyer.

We encourage all of our clients to become a part of the homebuilding process and participate in the decision-making as often as possible. We will ensure that our tradespeople are available at various times throughout your home’s construction.
