Staikos Homes joined forces with Quinte Healthcare to build a home to raise money for the Belleville and Trenton hospitals. The home we will be donating to the Quinte Healthcare, the funds will go toward purchasing priority medical equipment at the hospitals. Both Belleville General Hospital and Trenton Memorial Hospital will be using the funds to help purchase digital mammography units. We as a Home builder are proud to say that our staff and suppliers have all said that they will donate almost a 100% or a full 100% to help both Belleville and Trenton Hospital foundations.

THE MAPLE
The home that we are Building for the hospitals is "The Maple" model. The Maple model is a popular 1472 sq. ft all brick bungalow that is well suited for seniors or growing families. It features a large open concept living space with beautiful kitchen and large great room. It has two main bedrooms, the master with a walk in closet and a private en-suite bath. There is also a large third bedroom at the front of the house with a beautiful cathedral ceiling and large bright windows. For many families, this room serves as a guest suite or den/study while still maintaining the three bedroom layout.
For this particular home we have finished the basement adding another bathroom, a fourth bedroom and a large family room. The added space finished in the basement gives a total living space of over 2200 square feet.
